remote batteriies' power dies

batteries die as soon as I plug in remote listening device.  Roku Ultra LT 4662RW; Ser.#YJ0017612537

    Thanks for post.

    Please be aware that using the Private Listening feature with your remote will use significantly more battery power. We recommend making sure that you disconnect your headphones after you're done using the Private Listening feature to avoid any unwanted battery drain.
