mackcarlson You do not indicate what Roku device you have. If your remote is a voice remote it has a pairing button in the battery case. Press and hold this for at least 5 seconds. It should flash and pair with your device. If this does not work tell us the model number of your Roku device.

I have a roku voice remote but without the pairing button in the inside. I followed the instructions to hold the home and back buttons for 5 seconds. That paired my remote initially on Monday. I tried to repair the remote using the same method Tuesday night but the roku wouldn’t pick recognize the remote. That said, as of now it still will control volume.

I have a voice remote, only power and volume buttons are working. I have disconnected power, removed batteries and held down the repairing button. It does not flash when you hold the button down. How do I fix my remote?
