Roku 3941--paired three times still hanging and lagging. removed batteries, unplugged etc
Roku giving me trouble getting an RMA...
phone support didn't know which button was for pairing by the way.
do we believe remote is defective?
Did you pair this remote with any other Roku devices? If so, you may unpair or disconnect/remove them from those device(s) as well as the one you're trying to use it on. It could be confused which one it's trying to control and especially if they are in close proximity because I bet the frequency is causing the prob. Unpair/remove from all devices then only sync up to the one you want
