Red line going down screen

Red line going down screen. No help after restarts, updates, and factory resets. No help from Roku. Only been having tv for a couple months

      Already have a support ticket in place,  # 9099315. Cant get anyone to call or get back in touch with me. Its been a month now. Just want my tv fixed or replaced.

      I have a Roku Select Series LCD TV Model #40R2A5R S/N X02000FT17RA

      Mag. Date 03/24

      It started today, I had this TV since March 2024.
