my device keeps going into recovery mode....this started 2 days ago....i have unplug it a couple times before i can get it to work...my device is around 7 years old, should replace it

It seems like your Roku device has suddenly gone into Recovery Mode. Thank you for your efforts in troubleshooting the issue. If you can still navigate your home screen, can you try updating the software? Just follow these steps: Home > Settings > System > Software Update > Check now. Once it's updated, try doing a System Restart to give everything a fresh start. If you're stuck in Recovery mode, could you please send me a photo of what you're seeing on the screen?
