Recovery mode and I can’t private message anyone help me pelase

RokuMaryEF My tv has been stuck in recovery mode for months, you posted to private message you information about our TVs so you can push the update but I can’t figure out how to private message you so I’m reaching out here and maybe you can message me. I have tried to restart and press update and it’s just the purple screen of death
