Recommended Next Searches

Please turn off "Recommended Next Searches" as a standard row in the Search option.

"Recommended Next Searches" shows suggestive **bleep** images.  This is NOT OKAY.

For the love of all that is good and kind and in the name of decency, turn this **** off!

Roku viewers should have the option NOT to have this appear as a standard search row.

  • It's very interesting that the Community Board censored the word po**  in my post above with ***Bleep*** but they don't censor the Recommended Next Searches row!!!!

  • You can turn off the recommendations by going to Home Screen, Settings, Recommendation Rows.  You can show or hide it. Afterwards, restart your Roku device by going to Settings > System > Power > System restart.

Keep in mind that individual apps may handle their recommendations independently and you would have to adjust those settings in those respective apps, if available.

      I am referring to

Search>Recommended Next Searches (this is a heading on one of the multiple rows under the "Search" section.

You cannot hide this row using your instructions.   I configured everything to be hidden under the "Recommendation Rows" for months.   This setting, however does not hide "Recommended Next Searches" under the Search function.

        Today, when I select Search

"Recommended Next Searches" is the third row, and clearly visible for anyone who clicks on Search

Titles such as "The SexTrip" "Hooking Up" "1 billion Orgasms" etc. are clearly visible with pictures

This means any kid (or adult) is exposed to this without any warning or consent.

PLEASE make this go away.  This is not right!!!
