Recent Channels Do not work on ROKU 50R4A5R

I currently have 2 ROKU TVs. The 43S425, Recent Channels work. The 50R4A5R, the Recent Channels do not work. I have called and still have other issues with the 50 inch TV. (ROKU LIVE PAUSE TV ERROR)
