- Whenever the issue occurs, is there any error message prompted on your TV screen? If so, kindly provide us a picture/screenshot.
- Does this happen to a specific channel?
- What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

There's no error. It happens on any channel where the current focus is on something playable, either in paused playback or sitting on a card for a video that hasn't been started yet. I've noticed this with Netflix and Apple TV, and maybe others.
