I got my Hide feature to finally work.&nbsp; This was my solution.&nbsp;Groovypost was the ones who posted how to access the secret menu. See link.https://www.groovypost.com/howto/access-roku-secret-menus/&nbsp;Press Home 5 times, then Fast-forward 3 and rewind 2.This should open up the secret menu where you can force a software update.I first clicked "cycle software update server" to "release" from "development/production"Mine just re-download the same update it was on and it worked.&nbsp;Good luck all!!!&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Followed the steps but firmware download didn't change anything.Zombieapocare you in the UK? What TV were you using? After the update what were the steps you followed to hide the channels?

Just done the same, it's still missing for me sadly.

Such a shame that Roku clearly have absolutely no care for their customers in the UK. It makes the TV a genuinely regrettable purchase/mistake. I would complain but they clearly don't listen

Zombieapoc&nbsp;Didn't work on my Hisense Roku TV unfortunately. Did all the steps but after the update no change. Thanks though!
