Re: Roku Ultra video stutter, frequent wifi reconnect

Hi there, thanks for the reply. This Roku is about 20-30 feet away from the wireless router, same floor.  When I watch the connection on the routers UI, I always see an excellent connection, and the Roku check connection test consistently shows 40+Mb.

I did just try connecting it to my phone's mobile hotspot (which was also disconnected from the wireless network) and it's experience is exactly the same.  Every 14 seconds, it stutters briefly, then again within a second, and then it's fine until another 14 seconds go by and it repeats. 

It's also worth noting that no other Roku in our house exhibits this behavior.  I feel like there has to be some logging and/or diagnostic procedures that can be followed to get to the bottom of it, as opposed to just resetting it forever, or worse, just replacing it.
