Re: Roku Express Drops WiFi, Freezes, Restarts...

I have had Roku products for years and never had a problem with them dropping the internet.  However, my Roku Express is constantly dropping the internet.  After reading all these complaints, I'm ready to just throw it in the garbage.  Apparently, there is a problem with Roku Express!!!  Don't buy it!

    Please answer the following questions so we can get a better understanding of what you are seeing:

    1. Are you receiving error messages or codes when accessing the channel?
    2. Have you ensured your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network for the device to connect to? The Roku Premiere is only compatible with wireless b/g/n networks on the 2.4 GHz spectrum.
    3. Have you tried changing the wireless broadcast channel on the router to see if this will allow your device to connect?
    4. Have you tried moving the device closer to your router to see if you can get connected?
    5. How long have you been experiencing this problem?
