Re: Roku express 4k won't turn on

I'm having the same issue with my Roku express 4k+. It has worked well for a year and a half, but now it will not turn on using the remote. I've tried all the suggestions from the Roku site. The only way to turn it on is to briefly push the reset button. I also get no support for my device. Any ideas? Can Roku help?

    Sorry, I don't have it anymore, I gave it up and returned the device. You can get a lot of shows on YouTube.
