Re: Mute/sound icon stays on screen all the time and will not go away even though it’s not muted

I have the same problem. Sony tv with a Bose sound bar. So how do I get that off?  Thank you!

    Thanks for the post in the Roku Community!

    We'd love to take a closer look at this. Have you tried to mute and unmute your device? If the issue persists, please perform a system restart on your Roku device by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System restart (if you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
