RCP amd remote not functioning correctly

All of a sudden my remote tcl tv with built in Roku is not responding to remote correctly. I have disconnected the tv and removed batteries from the remote and even used a different remote with repairing but Eike is not letting me move around on the Home Screen. Amd mainly just letales me to Roku channel when i click on Netflix. Any ideas how to fix?

    Please be advised that remotes for Roku TVs are manufactured directly by the TV manufacturer. We would recommend reaching out to the TV manufacturer's customer support team to report the issue and get help.
