RCA Roku TV remote stopped working during set up

hiya i bought a RCA Roku TV 24-inch (RK24HF1) from amazon i just opened the box put the tv on the stand plugged it in then when i started to set it up i clicked english then clicked connect to internet then i was in the middle of putting my internet password in the tv froze wouldnt let me press any buttons on my remote or anything i changed the batterys for new 1s still nothing so i unplugged the tv waited about a 60 seconds then plugged it back in it started up and now im stuck on lets get stared screen where i pick the language and nothing is working at all any 1 help me would be great

    We understand that you're having an issue with the Roku remote not responding during the RCA Roku TV setup. No worries, we're here to help.

    Have you tried changing the batteries in the Roku TV remote? If not, replace them with 2 AAA batteries. Also, if you have a working Roku voice remote at home, try to use it with this Roku TV to check if the same issue occurs
