RCA ROKU TV 32 inch SLEEP MODE NOT AVAILABLE ??

This thread is old but for anyone else who's looking for a solution, I had to perform a factory reset on the TV. A few menu options that were previously unavailable became available after the reset. It's likely that a firmware update caused the issue.
