RC-AL9 mute & volume control works with earbuds but not without
As indicated in the title, we have an #RC-AL9 control. The mute & volume control buttons work when the earbuds are in the remote, but will not function when earbuds are removed (or not inserted – after powering on). Batteries indicator shows full on screen when batteries are pulled and replaced. All other button controls appear to work fine. Any ideas what we can do to fix this?
Discovered issue...was informed later in the evening that the power had been out. Simply paired the TV and remote again. All good.
