ratings inaccurate not aligned with parental control, exposing my kids

I recently viewed a movie rated as PG however, 10 minutes in there was female full frontal nudity. I am upset because my kids were in the room. This needs to be corrected asap. Feeling frustrated and like RoKu does not care about kids! How could this happen? There is no way to speak to an agent about this on the weekend.

    What was the movie?  Did you look it up on something like IMDb?  Maybe the rating is correct.

      The movie title is Sixteen Candles. There is no way, that frontal nudity was ever rated PG.

        The 1984 movie?  IMDB and Rotten Tomatoes both say: PG.
