Random Voice Interruptions

Question

When we use the Roku remote to turn the volume up or down, a womans voice comes on the Sony television "Volume Icon"&nbsp; ten "Accessibility Icon set to 20% and then randomly while watching a TV show the voice will pop in and say "Timers" without even touching the remote.&nbsp; We've rebooted both TV and Roku remote and performed the 4x "*" commands but still have the issue.
