We understand that you're experiencing a loss of remote signal on your Roku device. We would be more than happy to look further into this issue, but may I know what type of Roku device model you are using? And when did you start seeing this issue?
Please reply here with the serial number of the Roku device associated with the affected remote. It can be viewed by navigating to Settings > System > About. We'll be able to further assist you from there.
