PS5 Not displaying on Roku TV but I can hear the PS5 menu

I am having trouble setting up the ps5 to my Roku TV. I just recently got the ps5 and whenever I turn to the HDMI its on on the tv, its just a black screen before saying there is no signal. Occasionally I can hear the ps5 menu music and hear buttons when I press on the controller. I've tried restarting the ps5, turning on and off the ps5 and the TV, but nothing has worked. Any help? Thanks.

    Don't just turn each device; unplug the power for a minute or so.  Since you just got the PS5, can you verify that it's working on another TV?
