Problems This Morning With Our Roku

I get my TV through a Roku (streaming stick 4k). This morning, none of the shows/ broadcasts of the apps are in HD, even though the TV is set to the recommended 1080p. The internet connection says it's "excellent".
Also, the scrolling in the Live TV channel grid in the YouTubeTV app is R-E-A-L-L-Y slow.

I took out the streaming stick and reconnected to do a reset, and I also cleared the cache, but this hasn't fixed the problem. Any thoughts on what I could do to fix this?

I then I took an older Roku Stick (Roku StreamingStick Plus from 2019) that I have on hand, and put it this TV that's having the problem, and it was fine. HD is working, and the picture is lovely. Is there anything to do to fix the Roku streaming stick 4k?
