hi I filled the form to request the HDMI for free extension cable but when I submit the form, a message said that the SN is not ok. I tried with O and 0 but always the same. I bought a Roku streaming stick 4k.

Rayearthz, on your Roku device go to Settings->System->About and you'll see a serial number and a Device ID. Try both of them. It's also helpful to just copy and paste the serial number from your linked devices that appears on your Roku account at https://my.roku.com.
