Prime video language settings

I installed prime video app to work on roku express

I selected language as french

Display is in french but sound is in english

When I look at the same program on my Ipad it is in french so it is available

How to correct that?

Trucmuche, Roku has nothing to do with the vast majority of apps available on Roku devices. You can see who the developer is for an app by checking it's description in the Channel Store. In the case of the Prime app, it's Amazon.
You'll only get your selected language if the video was created with that audio track. Not all videos have more than one language available.

The Prime language/CC settings are confusing. It sounds like you changed the closed captioning language, not the audio language.
Can you give an example of a show/episode so others can see if they can replicate it?

  The serie I kooked is Rizzoli & Isles season 2 ep 15
  same for season 3 ep 1

    Unfortunately, I cannot check as those are on Max through the Prime app. I have the real Max, but cannot access Max material through Prime as that only works if you subscribe to Max through Prime. Checking on the Max app, there is no French audio track.
