Premiere+ remote stops working intermittently

My remote only works intermittently too . Model RC-FA1, serial number 3226001105 . No matter how many batteries I change or times resetting the Roku, only works sometimes. Please advise.

    Thanks for the post.

    Could you provide us with the serial number of your Roku device? It consists of 12 alphanumeric characters and can be located at the back of the device itself. We'll be able to further assist you from there.
