Power on TV: 1 TV displays last channel viewed, other TV displays TV Guide

I have an interesting problem.  I have 2 TCL Roku TV's.  On TV displays the Live Guide when you turn on the TV.  The other TV puts you on the channel you were viewing when you turned off the TV.  How do I remove feature #1?  I like to just watch the channel I had last watched.

  • Hi Gpeirce,

We appreciate your time posting in the Roku Community!

We would be happy to see what we can do to help. If we understand it correctly, you'd like to be able to show only recent content on Live TV channel listings.

Please be advised that you can change the list of channels that appear in the Live TV Channel Guide to show All ChannelsRecent Channels, or Favorite Channels. To switch the channel list, press Left on your Roku remote, followed by Star, and then make your selection.

We hope we have addressed your question appropriately, but please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any questions or additional feedback.

    Best regards,

No, this answer didn't address my problem.  I never talked about changing channels or a list.

However, with that being said, both TV's now act the same way so my question doesn't pertain any more.
