power on problem with my Roku Express

I was watching tv when all of a sudden, the screen went blank and "no signal" was on the screen. I unplugged the Roku box and waited 10 seconds to no avail (the blue light flashed a few times then went dead). I checked the connection and it was good. I hit the Reset button and just like when I unplugged the unit, the blue light flashed a few times and then went dead. I went to my other unit in the family room and checked the remote (both use the same one). It turnd on just fine. I need some advise to fix this problem. I thank all of you, in advance , for your time and assistance.

        • Try connecting your Roku device to a different HDMI port.
        • Connect the Roku device directly to the wall outlet, and not the TV.
        • System restart by navigating to Settings > System > Power (skip if not available) > System Restart.

        Check if the troubleshooting worked after completing the steps.
