Pop up window that won’t go away

I have a pop up window in the middle of my tv screen. “A software update file is available online. Proceed to network update menu” yes no.  Every thing is frozen in the window. Remote will not work in the window. The tv and all channels work fine. Just need to get rid of the window. I have checked for current update and I am good with that
