When you deleted it and reinstalled it, did you perform a System restart found under Settings->System->Power after you removed it and before you reinstalled it? If not, try it again.
Just got a new Hisense TV. All other apps are working. Only Pluto TV does not work. I have deleted and reinstalled the app 3 times and checked for updates but no success.
