PLEASE FIX THE ROKU APP REMOTE. ITS BEEN A YEAR!

The Roku app remote has not worked for my Roku TV. Yes I have tried all the suggested fixes for a YEAR and still doesn't work. Same wifi, restarted everything, uninstalled and reinstalled, enter ip manually, absolutely nothing makes a difference. Worked fine for years, same TV.

    Same, mine stopped working a few months ago. Had been perfect for years. There is definitely something wrong with their app, the remote function works perfectly on the third party app. Unfortunately, they are all filled with ads.

    Android or Apple Roku app?  Lots of problems reported with iOS version.

      iOS. It’s so strange. Some update definitely broke the app and they can’t figure it out.
