Obviously, if it does this looping again, I will grab my phone and record it happening and share it, but it's not a cut and dry case.
My reply before this one did give a clue to the software versions, we were stuck on the 12.x version before the first random reboot, then it auto updated to the 13.x version during the reset. These values were grabbed from my Home Assistant integration as I can't disrupt my daughters Percy Jackson movie marathon at the moment! ๐

Troubleshooting steps taken? Not really much we can do except invoke the reset button! Powering it off for several minutes by removing the power cord had no effect to fix the issue. Think of this as your windows computer crashing and rebooting to Safe Mode every time, but on the TV, it doesn't show anything to indicate an error and just the boot logo, black screen, power down, boot logo, black screen power down, and repeat seemingly forever. We also left it for several minutes hoping it was some autorepair process, but it wasn't.
