PIN PROBLEMS....set to purchases only but wants pin to add channels...WTH?
Hi All, I'm putting this under settings cause I THINK this is a settings issue. With my Roku Express, yeah its more than a few years old but that shouldn't matter. My account is set to require a pin if I want to purchase...(NOT to add channels).... so just now I go to add a channel and it wants the PIN.... so I enter the correct pin (I have it written down on a piece pf paper in the drawer) and it says invalid PIN... WTH? So , of course, I try to contact support but it just keeps looping me back to the same page that doesn't help at all... I even tried deleting the use of pin all together but it still comes up asking for one... so now I can't even add any channels...what gives and is there a way to contact support as this maybe an account isse.....
