Picture quality looks burned

My roku Phillips tv is having problems, and those problems are terribly messed up pictures. The problem is whenever I use bright or standard hdr, my picture is very dark and the colors are intense, but when I use dark hdr everything is normal. Same thing with non hdr things, like youtube. Every time I use YouTube it's the same way every picture preset except movie mode is burnt, I've even reset them back to their defaults but I don't know what to do... Tv model number is 50PFL4756/F7

    Thanks for keeping us posted!

    We'd like to see more on what's going on here. Could you tell us when did you start seeing the issue occur? Does a system restart help fix this or does it come back even after it?
