Picture is larger than my TV screen

I recently upgraded my Roku device to a Roku Express. Since then, the picture on my TV screen is larger than the screen itself.  Therefore, I am not able to see the entire menu on the left side of the screen. It is cut off. Can this be adjusted? How?

    Look for a button on your TV's remote marked Zoom, P. Size, or Aspect.  You may have to press it multiple times to get the right setting.
