Photostream not working on every tv but works on most

I have several Samsung tv’s and photostream works on all but one; the one we watch the most. It’s a less than 1 year old 75” Samsung. I’ve tried all of your recommendations on software updates, restarts etc. and I contacted Samsung. They said the problem is on Roku’s end.

    Is the email address on your TV the same as the one that is currently working? You may check by going to Home > Settings > System > About.
