Phillips Roku TV Black screen and snow

My Phillips Roku TV is just about a year old and for the past 2 to 3 months when I turn it on, it will be completely black or full of snow.

I’ve learned that unplugging and letting it sit for a day or to without electricity will allow it to come back.

is there a fix for this? I am very unhappy. I like to come home from work and watch the news or chill with a movie on the weekends but I haven’t been able to do this for the past couple of weeks consistently.

I would Not recommend this tv to anyone.

    Could you tell us when the issue occurred? Also, have you already tried to perform a hard reset with your TV?

    Hi, 

    I was watching a tv program on Netflix & suddenly the TV display went dark. The sound was still there but no pic. I have tried every things including the unplugged power, checking on all cables & factory reset. Nothing worked!

    I'm very disappointed because the Tv is less than one year old!

    Can any of the Philips Roku techs help to resolve this problem or just to throw the 70" Tv in the garbage. What a waste!
