Phillips garbage customer support I HAVE NO REMOTE TO SET UP THE TV

I have a TV that was given to me that has no remote that is in setup mode is it possible to set the TV up without a f****** remote how is that not a question on here f****** but I'm beside myself. If I'd ask if you could take my money f*** there's 20 f****** ways to do it so plain and simple can you control and set up the f****** TV with the buttons that they provide on the back of this piece of s***

    You were given a free TV.  Now go the store (Walmart, Target, Best Buy) and either purchase a $20 Roku Voice Remote (will work with both RokuTVs and Roku devices) or an inexpensive universal streaming remote ($10-20 IR based) that is compatible with RokuTVs in order to complete the setup.

    Yes, the above will require some effort on your part.
