Philips Roku TV turns on and off when plugged in

Brand new Phillips Roku TV turns on and off within 30 seconds All by itself when plugged in. can’t even get to a home screen.

    1. When did you start having this issue? (Was it after a software update?)
    2. How are you powering your TV?
    3. Can you send us a photo or clip of the issue?

    Furthermore, have you tried performing a hard reset by locating the reset button at the back of the TV, pressing and holding it until the TV restarts? If not, we recommend that you give it a try.
