Philips Roku Tv stuck on logo and black screen

My philips roku tv randomly automatically updated, since then, its been stuck on a loop of a picture of the roku tv symbol and after 10ish seconds it cuts to a black screen then back to the roku tv symbol. Ive tried unplugging it and resetting it multiple times. its able to go into recovery mode but after that it tries to update again and then goes back to the same loop. What can I do to fix this?
