Philip TV Airplay and Homekit Issue

My Philip 65PFL4864 which runs ROKU is unable to launch the Apple Airplay and Homekit Menu. When I click on the menu, Airplay comes up for 3 seconds then it reverts back to the menu. My TV has the latest ROKU software, 10.5 version 4210. I have tried everything, such as resetting to dhe factory settings and have the latest updates. I need some help as this has been a problem for quite a while.

    Thanks for the post.

    Can you please provide us the following information:
    -Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
    -tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
    -steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
