Pairing light does not come on
Having same problem. In the past, I’ve been able to go through the steps and finally managed to repair. This time, no dice. Super frustrating. Anyone have a trick??

Thanks for sharing this information with us, and we'd like to know more details about this to see how we can assist. What troubleshooting steps have you done so far to resolve the issue? In addition, could you please provide the remote's Roku device information, such as Device ID, Serial Number, and Model Number? (All these can be found in Settings > System > About).
