our Roku remote turns the TV on and controls the volume but the channel selection does not show

In the past week our Roku remote has stopped working.  It will turn the tv on and control the volume, but it will NOT bring up the available channels.  Therefore, we are not able to get access to any...

Same problem. We have fubo - essentially one channel. On other apps a tap on the remote causes the selector to go all over the place - completely random.
