What do you see? Black screen? "No signal"? Are you sure the TV is set to the input to which the Roku device is attached? (I'm ASSUMING that this is a non-Roku TV with a Roku device connected.)

Correct, it's a non roku tv. The remote will turn the tv on. It takes you to the HDMI screen and it is black. If we try to push the "ok" button or "netflix" nothing happens. It had previously been working..

And you're sure it is the correct HDMI screen? What happens if you unplug and replug power to the Roku while watching the screen? Do you see it change formats or display "no signal" or similar while the Roku is unplugged?

Same problem. We have fubo - essentially one channel. On other apps a tap on the remote causes the selector to go all over the place - completely random.
