I don’t have OS 12 and I live in Canada & have OS 11.5.0 why is that

Personally, I'm happy when I'm at the tail end of those receiving Roku OS updates. It gives them a chance to get most of the inevitable bugs out before it gets to me. 😁

OS 12 hasn't officially been released yet. Other than beta testers, there's only a few users that have received the update.
