[OS 11.5] Remote Volume Ctrl Up/Dn Repetitious Intermittent

After updating to OS 11.5.0 build 4216-50 on my 3810X - Roku Streaming Stick+, upon adjusting the volume to my Sony TV, the remote will intermittently keep turning the volume up/dn for a few seconds....

I have two separate Roku devices that both have this same problem.

If you hit either the raise or lower buttons on the remote (NOT holding them down) - the volume levels just keep going (either up or down depending on button).  I have to keep hitting on the opposite button on the remote to get them to stop.

I haven't seen anyone else reporting this.

Ideas?

I've removed and re-added the remote, checked the system for updates, replaced batteries, etc.  Nothing has helped.

        Hi everyone, 

        Thanks for the posts.

        Please be advised that we are aware of this issue and our team is currently investigating it. If you haven't yet, reply here with the following: 

        1. Roku device model, Serial number, Device ID, Software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
        2. Does this issue occur on a specific channel? If so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
        3. Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times and provide us with this ID)
        4. Steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
        5. Are you using the Roku Voice Remote Pro?

        Once we have the details asked above, we'll be able to forward them to the appropriate Roku team for additional information.
