Order status for Roku Solar Panel

I placed an order on May 30th, 2025 with an estimated delivery date of June 4th. It is now June 8th and I’ve yet to receive the product, money has been taken out of my bank account. The order status still shows processing. The email indicated the product was in stock.
I’ve not been able to find a customer service phone number in order to reach out for support, only a link for this forum. There are no appropriate tags for this question.
