Optical output and hdmi arc simultaneous output?

Will the 32" roku tv allow the optical output to work simultaneously to the hdmi output?

      Trying to find a way to connect 3.5mm or composite audio component jacks to provide signal to my widex tv-dex bluetooth for hearing aids.
