Onn TV keeps rebooting after installing updates last night

Onn 80 inch TV updated last night and now it keeps turning on and off. I have factory reset it twice since I can't access any menus. I took the batteries out of the remote, factory reset it, unplugged it and let it sit and it still keeps doing it. Also the IR receiver at the bottom keeps flashing.

    • What is your current running software version? You may check it under Settings > System > About. 
    • Are you still able to navigate to your Home screen? 
    • What other specific troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
