Onn. Tv been unplugged for a minute wont turn on

My daughter recently had a bedroom make over. We had her onn. Roku tv unplugged during the makeover. It was unplugged for about two weeks. 

I just finished her room and plugged back in her TV. On the back of the TV there's a red light blinking. But the standby light on the front is not working and it won't turn on. 

Is there a way to fix it? Or am I having to buy her a new TV?

    Please be informed that Roku only supports your TV's running software operating system, and this is most likely a hardware issue. We highly recommend coordinating this with your TV manufacturer for further advice.
